Solar eclipse in Aquarius
An annular eclipse, a ring of fire, close to the North Node. A door into how we belong to each other.
Your Astro Weather guide.
How to set it up, the big moves of the year, and where we gather for them. Come back any time a link in your calendar sends you here.
Set it up in a few minutes.
FirstMake a new, separate calendar called Astro Weather 2027 and import into that one. You can give it its own color, hide it on busy weeks, or remove the whole thing in one click.
iPhone + iPad
About three minutesYour iPhone can only add a calendar file from Apple's Mail app. So the trick is to email the file to yourself first, then add it from there.
Get the file
- 1In Safari, open your library and tap the calendar you want. Sign in with your checkout email if it asks, then tap Download.
- 2Open the Files app, go to Downloads, and tap the zip. It opens into a folder.
Send it to yourself
- 3Open the folder, press and hold the file ending in .ics, and tap Share.
- 4Choose Mail and send it to your own email address.
Add it
- 5Open that email in Apple's Mail app and tap the calendar file.
- 6Tap Add All.
- 7Tap Add Calendar, name it Astro Weather 2027 and tap Done. Already made one? Pick it instead.
Use Apple's Mail app for step 5. Gmail and most other mail apps won't show the Add All button.
Have a Mac? Add the file there instead. If your Astro Weather calendar lives in iCloud, it shows up on your iPhone by itself.

The big moves of 2027.
Five eclipses, two seasons
Eclipses are windows of fate. We sit with each one together in The Collective. Dates are in Eastern time.
Lunar eclipse in Virgo
What these years taught us to do daily, and what we're ready to stop doing.
Lunar eclipse in Capricorn
The heart and the climb, and a way to work that doesn't cost us our heart.
Total solar eclipse in Leo
Minutes of darkness in the sign of the heart, and what we choose to make visible.
Lunar eclipse in Aquarius
What we're willing to carry for the people who come after us.
Retrogrades and stations
When a planet pauses and turns, things come to a head. Venus doesn't retrograde in 2027.
| 鈽匡笌 Mercury | Feb 9 to Mar 3 | Pisces back into Aquarius. The loops are a compass. Listen to what keeps coming back. |
| 鈽匡笌 Mercury | Jun 10 to Jul 4 | Cancer back into Gemini. Home, family and memory come up for review. |
| 鈽匡笌 Mercury | Oct 7 to Oct 28 | Scorpio back into Libra. Old secrets, old debts, and who holds the power in our closest relationships. |
| 鈾傦笌 Mars | Jan 10 to Apr 1 | Virgo back into Leo. Where we push, and what's underneath the push. |
| 鈾勶笌 Saturn | Aug 9 to Dec 23 | In Aries. The discipline of courage. Are you really gonna do it? |
| 鈾嗭笌 Neptune | Jul 9 to Dec 15 | In Aries. Check the label on your dreams. |
| 鈾囷笌 Pluto | May 8 to Oct 17 | In Aquarius. Our own relationship with power. |

The slow movers
The backdrop for the whole year, and for the years around it.
Uranus in Gemini
The chaos gremlin of the zodiac, shaking up how we learn, talk and think for the next seven years. A lot of what reaches us is somebody else's agenda. Think for yourself, amor.
Direct Feb 8 路 Retrograde Sep 15Neptune in Aries
The spiritual warrior, the mystic who has to MOVE. Vision and propaganda can feel the same from the inside, so we keep asking which dreams make us braver and kinder.
Retrograde Jul 9 路 Direct Dec 15Pluto in Aquarius
A revolutionary signature of our times, shaking up who holds power and exposing the shadow of hierarchy. On Nov 30 it meets the North Node. It is us who comes to save us.
Retrograde May 8 路 Direct Oct 17Saturn in Aries
The discipline of courage. How many of us start a fire here, a fire there, and nothing ever gets concrete? Saturn stands across the table and asks if you're really gonna do it.
Retrograde Aug 9 路 Direct Dec 23Chiron in Taurus
The wounded healer enters Taurus on Apr 14 and stays into the 2030s. The wound of resource: money, the body, the earth, our time. Life does NOT have to be a struggle.
Enters Taurus Apr 14 路 Retrograde Aug 7Jupiter, Leo to Virgo
Jupiter finishes its Leo lesson about the heart, then moves into Virgo on Jul 26 for about a year. The gospel of service. Find a teacher. Be a teacher. Bueno, be both.
Direct Apr 12 路 Enters Virgo Jul 26All year the North Node sits in Aquarius and the South Node in Leo, pulling us from the spotlight toward the we. In June, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto all connect at once, one of the big revolutionary signatures of this decade.
We gather around the moons.
The Collective meets live through the year for lunar workshops, and every gathering is recorded. If a moon in your calendar stirs something up, that's where we work with it together. Members get Astro Weather free.
